RETURNS

For items purchased online, we have a return policy that is accepted within 30 days after the delivery date.

Eligibility to request and receive a return after receiving your item includes initiating a return within 30 days, including your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, the reason for returning, returning item in the same condition that it was delivered, ensuring that item is unused/unworn and with all original tags and original packaging. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.

  1. Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or

gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 To initiate a return, please contact us at

number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.

   3. Return Shipping

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

   4. Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time to ensure that a return is processing and for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

EXCHANGES

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Not withstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its

original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping

 Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being 

returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will be sent a pre-paid shipping label. 

Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the 

customer. 

3. Eligible Items

 The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

Clearance items, Final Sale items, Custom Products, Perishable items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for 

return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the 

item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

4. Condition Of Items

 Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in 

new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

5. Form Of Payments

Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus 

shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store

credit may be issued at our discretion.
